❗️Tip: Coffee Nap When you’re feeling sleepy and want to wake yourself, what do you do? Drink coffee or take a nap? Science says: DO BOTH. Let me explain how and why.. It takes 20 mins for Caffeine to kick in, which is enough time to nap and remove drowsiness/reboot your brain So bottom line is, if you’re feeling tired: 1. ☕️ Drink a coffee 2. 😴 Take a 20 minute nap .. then you’ll wake up feeling energized because your brain is getting the benefits of both!
